She’s known for reimagining spaces with precision—maximizing function, flow, and style in every layout. Her passion lies in crafting custom designs that feel as unique as the clients themselves.
Rachelle Maksion
Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer
Rachelle has been passionate about interior design since childhood and holds a BFA in Interior Design from IADT Detroit. With over 23 years of experience, she specializes in ADA compliant designs and spatial planning that’s both functional and deeply personal to each client. Rachelle has been with Nu-Way for more than 11 years and is proud to lead projects that bring client visions to life—earning recognition in outlets such as Made in Michigan Magazine.
Joe Imbrunonne
Kitchen & Bath Designer & Sales
With over 25 years in the industry, Joe brings unmatched expertise in kitchen and bath design, materials, and project execution. He grew up in a cabinet and countertop shop and went on to run his own manufacturing business. His background spans commercial sales for multifamily developments, importing for housing projects, and hands-on construction supervision. Known for his deep product knowledge and solution-oriented approach, Joe is a trusted resource for both residential and commercial clients.
Chuck Coesens
Design Review & Purchasing Specialist
With over 40 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry, Chuck brings deep expertise to Nu-Way’s design review and purchasing process. Having owned his own custom cabinetry shop and managed a cabinetry showroom for 8 years, he offers a well-rounded perspective rooted in both craftsmanship and accuracy. For the past 20 years, Chuck has been a vital part of the Nu-Way team, helping reduce costly errors and ensure quality control on every project.
Raneen Zatouna
Design Assistant
Raneen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and brings a thoughtful, client-first approach to every project. She assists with both design and sales, prioritizing client satisfaction with every material selection. Raneen collaborates closely with homeowners to understand their preferences and ensure exceptional outcomes. She recently completed Crystal Cabinetry training alongside fellow designer Rachel, expanding her product expertise to better serve Nu-Way’s clientele. Always ready to support her team, Raneen plays an essential role in maintaining Nu-Way’s design excellence.
Rachel Wagner
Design Consultant/Sales
Rachel specializes in crafting thoughtful, functional designs that reflect each client’s vision. With three years of experience in kitchen design and one year focused on bathrooms, she brings a fresh perspective and a passion for delivering beautiful results. Backed by an associate degree in business, Rachel applies her understanding of sales and customer service to ensure every client feels supported from the moment they walk through the door. Her ultimate goal is to exceed expectations and help clients see the full potential of their space.

Co-Owner & Controller
Mark is one of Nu-Way’s owners and serves as the company’s Controller. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Central Michigan University and a Master’s in Finance from Walsh College, he brings over 30 years of experience in the construction materials industry. Mark’s financial leadership helps drive Nu-Way’s ongoing success and growth.
Kevin Hatcher
Co-Owner
A former NHL defenseman with 17 years of professional experience, Kevin brings a powerful leadership mindset to Nu-Way Kitchen & Bath. His years in professional sports taught him the value of teamwork, discipline, and clear communication—principles he brings to the company every day. As Co-Owner since 2006, Kevin has helped shape a team-first culture that emphasizes trust, collaboration, and high performance—on and off the job site.

Estimator & Installation Manager
Since 2011, Steve has brought valuable insight and hands-on experience to Nu-Way Kitchen & Bath’s installation process. With over 20 years in the construction industry, he supports the design and sales teams by ensuring every project aligns with code, feasibility, and craftsmanship.
Steve reviews plans, guides material choices, and delivers accurate labor estimates—helping projects run smoothly from concept to completion.

Most days, you’ll find her welcoming customers at the front desk and keeping everything running smoothly.
Kathryn Bishop
Office Administrative Assistant
Kathryn Bishop serves as Administrative Assistant for Nu-Way Kitchen & Bath and as an Outside Sales Representative for its sister company, Goldon Windows & Mirrors. She specializes in luxury closet design, Euro shower doors, and custom glass, blending organizational expertise with a refined design perspective to deliver tailored, high-end solutions. Kathryn works closely with builders and clients to bring elegant, functional spaces to life while fostering strong, lasting relationships within the builder network.
Passionate about helping clients create spaces that reflect both style and practicality, Kathryn believes that attention to detail and open communication are the keys to success. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring interior design trends, connecting with her community, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
Glenn Moore
Warehouse Manager
Glenn has been a vital part of Nu-Way Kitchen & Bath’s team since 1988, bringing over three decades of reliability and precision to our warehouse operations. Before joining Nu-Way, he spent 12 years as a professional chef, a career that sharpened his attention to detail and ability to work under pressure—skills he now uses daily to manage shipping and receiving, track materials, and keep projects moving smoothly. Glenn’s consistency, deep knowledge of our systems, and strong work ethic make him an indispensable member of the team.
